COVID-19 Statement from Bon Secours Wellness Arena

The health and safety of Bon Secours Wellness Arena fans, guests and staff is the top priority, and efforts are being made to prevent the spread of COVID-19. The Arena’s management team is closely monitoring the COVID-19 (Coronavirus) situation and will continue to work with the South Carolina Board of Health and Environmental Control (DHEC), as well as local officials and emergency management teams. 
 

“While the decision to postpone events is a very difficult one to make, all parties involved value public safety and the wellbeing of our fans, patrons, and staff above anything else,” said Beth Paul, General Manager of Bon Secours Wellness Arena. We are working diligently with event producers to reschedule all effected shows so that fans may attend Arena events with pure enjoyment, absent of any fear or worry.”
 

All postponed event ticket holders are encouraged to hold on to their tickets as they will be valid once a new date is confirmed.  All updates will be posted on the venue social media pages and on the website. Rescheduled EventsAll previously purchased tickets will be honored on the newly scheduled show date.

  • Michael Bublé (May 17, 2020) has been rescheduled to August 14, 2021
  • Jim Gaffigan (August 16, 2020) has been rescheduled to August 15, 2021
  • Dan + Shay (March 14, 2020) has been rescheduled to September 9, 2021
  • The Price is Right Live Tour (April 25, 2020) has been rescheduled to September 10, 2021
  • Dude Perfect (May 28, 2020) has been rescheduled to September 25, 2021
  • Brantley Gilbert (April 16, 2020) has been rescheduled to November 20, 2021

Postponed Events: Arena management is working with event producers to reschedule these shows. Previously purchased tickets will be honored for the rescheduled dates when confirmed.

Canceled Events: All tickets purchased at Ticketmaster will be automatically refunded. All other tickets will be refunded at the point of purchase.
