Are Suites Available On A Single Event Basis?

Our suites are sold with multiple year agreements. When available, single event suites are sold for select arena events. Suite rentals are available for Swamp Rabbits hockey games.

How Are Food & Beverage Services Handled In The Suites?

Food and beverage service to Bon Secours Wellness Arena’s premium suites is provided by the in-house concessionaire, Centerplate.

Where Are Suites Located?

The suites are located on the concourse overlooking the arena bowl in Sections 111-121 and 100-105.

Do Suite Owners Have Access To The Stella Lounge?

Suite tickets and additional arena tickets purchased through the Premium Services department will allow guests access to the Stella Lounge.

Are There Designated Parking & Enterance Areas For Suite Owners

Suite owners are given a pre-determined number of parking passes for events and may be able to purchase additional passes on an event by event basis.

Guests with a suite ticket, or additional arena ticket purchased through the Premium Service department, are able to enter through the Sandlapper Premium Service Lobby, located at the top of the stairs in the VIP Parking lot off of Church Street. 

How Are Suites Furnished?

Suites are professionally decorated, fully furnished and adorned with upscale features, including a wet bar, food and beverage counter, center island, refrigerator, drink rail with bar stools, flat screen television and a private restroom.  

What If I Lose My Tickets?

If tickets are lost, stolen or not received in the mail, clients should immediately contact the Premium Ticketing Manager. It is highly recommended to track seat numbers when passing out tickets. Lost or stolen tickets cannot be voided out unless ticket information (row and seat number) is provided.

What Time Do Suites Open On Event Day?

You’re able to enter your suite when doors open to the general public.

Can I Leave The Building and Return During An Event?

There is no re-entry. Once you have exited the arena, you cannot re-enter for any reason
