  • Food and beverage locations at the arena no longer accept cash as a form of payment. However, cash may be exchanged for Visa gift cards at the Box Office window located at section 121 on the concourse.

  • The First Citizens Bank Rotunda Entrance, Furman University Entrance, and Chevrolet VIP Entrance will all be open. View our arena map here. 

  • Limited parking is available on-site at the VIP lot off of N. Church Street for a $20 cash fee for vans & other vehicles. 

  • Limited ADA parking is available on-site at the VIP lot off of N. Church Street for a $5 cash fee. The closest entrance to the ADA spots is the Furman University Entrance.

Clear Bag Policy

Each ticketed guest will be permitted to carry one large clear bag, either a Ziploc style bag or a 12”x6”x12” (or smaller) clear bag, plus a small wallet or clutch that must not exceed 5.5"x8.5". The small wallet or clutch must be carried into the venue outside the clear bag and is subject to search.

Cashless Concessions

Food and beverage locations at the arena no longer accept cash as a form of payment. Cash may be exchanged for Visa gift cards at the Box Office window located at section 121 on the concourse.

Parking & Ride Share

Parking Options:

  • Garages & Private Parking Lots: Various public parking garages and private parking lots are available within walking distance of Bon Secours Wellness Arena and downtown. Parking prices for these lots vary and are determined by the property owner. Review a parking map here.
  • Ride Share Pickup & Dropoff: Located at the First Citizens Bank Entrance on-site at the arena. Use address 650 N. Academy Street (this will take you to the corner of E North St & N Academy St where you will find signage for ride share drop off).
  • Greenville Bike Taxi's are available weather permitting details here.
  • The Bon Secours Wellness Arena VIP Lot: A limited amount of ADA spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis in the VIP lot.

Prohibited Items

We ask all guests to arrive early and travel light, as you are subject to search, which includes metal-detecting hand wands upon entry. 

Prohibited items include but are not limited to:

  • Weapons of any kinds
  • Glass and cans
  • Fireworks
  • Laser pointers
  • External flash cameras 
  • Chains or studded bracelets
  • Selfie Sticks & Ring Lights

Concessions

When coming to an event at the Bon Secours Wellness Arena, be sure to come early and enjoy our wide variety of food and beverage offerings. The arena proudly offers Mac Attack and Swamp Dog food stands, Reedy River Roost (our in house fried chicken shop!), Moe's Southwest Grill, Pepsi products, and a nice selection of craft beer, domestic beer, and wine. The Craft Beer station features 24 well-made craft beers located outside section 112. 

Wi-Fi

"BSWAFanWiFi" is a free Wi-Fi network where fans connect during their visits to the Bon Secours Wellness Arena.

Spinx Guest Services

Camera Policy

Professional video cameras, professional still cameras, and laser pointers are not permitted at the performances. A professional still camera is defined as having a telephoto lens greater than 6” in length, or any type of detachable lens.
