Clear Bag Policy

Bon Secours Wellness Arena has a strict clear bag policy for all events. Each ticketed guest will be permitted to carry one large clear bag, either a Ziploc style bag or a 12"x6"x12" clear bag, plus a small clutch purse (4.5"x6.5").

Parking

Various public parking garages and private lots are available within walking distance of the Bon Secours Wellness Arena.

Wi-Fi

"BSWAFanWiFi" is a free Wi-Fi network where fans connect during their visits to the Bon Secours Wellness Arena.

The Motor Lounge, Presented by Harley-Davidson of Greenville

The Motor Lounge, presented by Harley-Davidson of Greenville, is our newly renovated bar located upstairs near section 114. Enjoy a full-service bar that serves spirits, beer and wine.

*Please note all mixed drinks must be purchased & consumed in designated areas.

Craft Beer Stand

The Craft Beer station features 24 well-made craft beers located outside section 112. 

Ticketing

Mobile Tickets

Mobile tickets generate QR codes that you pull up on your phone and take directly to the ticket scanner. We suggest you pull these up in advance and load into your mobile wallet as large crowds can impact WiFi access. QR codes are valid for entry only when presented on your mobile device. They are not valid printed on paper. Click here to learn how to access your mobile ticket(s) on iOS or Android.

Will Call

Chose will call pick up? Bring your photo ID and the credit card used to purchase to the GSP International Airport Box Office at the Bon Secours Wellness Arena for pick up. 

Print-at-home Tickets

The Bon Secours Wellness Arena does not accept PDF print-at-home tickets. All patrons must have a hard ticket from the Box Office or a mobile ticket on a mobile device with a QR code.

Prohibited Items

We ask all guests to arrive early and travel light, as you may be subject to search, which includes metal detecting hand wands upon entry.

Camera Policy

Cirque du Soleil AXEL has a strict NO FLASH & NO VIDEO RECORDING policy. Camera flashes are not only very dangerous but also blinding for aerial artists.
