The Bon Secours Wellness Arena has a NO BAG policy for all events, including hockey, concerts and family events.

Permitted Items:
-Medically necessary items (subject to search upon entry)
-Diapers and other baby supplies can be carried in a clear bag
-Cell phones, pagers
-Small cameras without detachable lens (no cases)

All tickets to the SEC Women's Basketball Tournament will be mobile. Guests should download tickets to their mobile devices prior to arriving at the Bon Secours Wellness Arena. 

How to Access Your Mobile Tickets:
1. Open your Ticketmaster App or visit Ticketmaster using your mobile internet.
2. Login to your Ticketmaster account and locate the order with your ticket(s).
3. Tap and show. Your phone will be scanned for entry and you're in!

Pro tip: Add your ticket(s) to your phone's "wallet" and have a fully charged battery.
