Media Requests
Show Day Media Pass Requests
In order to submit a media request you must be reaching out on behalf of a legitimate media outlet (online magazine, print, radio, TV, etc). Freelance photographers and writers must be on an assignment with a media outlet to be considered. All media requests for photo or video passes and reviewer tickets for events at Bon Secours Wellness Arena must be approved in advance of show day, and approval must be obtained for each individual event. To submit a photo, video or review request, please email the form below a minimum of two weeks prior to the date of the show. Any requests not associated with a media outlet will not be considered.
Credential Policies & Logistics
Photo Passes are time-limited to designated events. Passes do not include all-access, backstage access, or parking. All media are subject to bag inspection and will need to produce a photo ID in order to receive their pass.
