COVID-19 SAFETY PROTOCOL VARIES SHOW BY SHOW BASED ON DECISIONS MADE BY EVENT ORGANIZERS. IF AN EVENT REQUIRES COVID PROTOCOLS / PROOF OF VACCINATION OR A NEGATIVE COVID TEST IT WILL BE OUTLINED BELOW.

Arena Updates to Protect Staff and Patrons

  • Ionization technology in the air-handlers on the concourse, suites, and backstage.   The new technology essentially purifies the air and improves the air quality as air is pushed through the air handler.
  • New touchless weapons detection and ticket scanning technology; The new equipment effectively eliminates person-to-person contact on entry into the Arena during the bag check process.
  • Enhanced cleaning protocols, including wiping down high-touch surfaces, and using new chemicals effective at killing viruses in a very short period of time.
  • Ample hand sanitizer throughout the Arena
  • Plexiglass is installed at concession stands

Hygiene

Hand sanitizer is readily available for your use throughout Bon Secours Wellness Arena. Fans are allowed to bring in a small, clear hand sanitizer bottle.

Janitorial crews will monitor restrooms and the concourse and will be cleaned thoroughly throughout each event.

Mobile Ticket

All tickets will be mobile. Guests should download tickets to their mobile devices prior to arriving at the Bon Secours Wellness Arena. 

Sick or Exposed

If you are not feeling well, please stay home! Visit the CDC site for a comprehensive list of symptoms and best practices.

  • If you’ve had close contact with someone who has COVID-19, you should get tested 5-7 days after your exposure, even if you don’t have symptoms.
  • You should also wear a mask indoors in public for 14 days following exposure or until your test result is negative.
  • If you have symptoms of COVID-19, you should get tested and stay home and away from others.
  • If your test result is positive, isolate at home for 10 days.

Cashless Concessions Transactions

All food & beverage concessions inside the arena will no longer accept cash as a form of payment. Cashless interactions create a faster checkout and a more seamless fan experience. Please plan accordingly as you prepare to visit the arena for future events. Debit and credit cards along with mobile payments (i.e. Apple Pay & Google Pay) will be the only forms of payment accepted for concessions. Cash may still be used at the GSP International Box Office to purchase tickets.
