Which departments hire part-time staff?
Event Services, Box Office, and Food & Beverage.
What are the event staff positions?
The part-time staff works multiple positions at the events. (Ticket takers, greeters, ushers, etc) Employees select which event and position during the monthly signup scheduling.
How often am I scheduled to work?
Event Staff employees are sent a full monthly calendar via the website SignUpGenius. You are given one week to signup (pick) the events and positions you are able to work. Staff is required to work at least one event per month. For most events, the start times are around 5:30 pm or after and end around 11 pm. There is lots of standing and depending on what position you sign up for, it could require climbing steps.
Uniforms
Two shirts and jackets are provided with a uniform deposit. Employees supply their own black pants, belt, and shoes.
Parking
Event staff employees are required to park offsite during events. After-hours and weekend parking is available at no cost on a first come first serve basis at a designated nearby location.
Can nonprofit groups work to raise money?
Yes, any nonprofit organization that retains a 501 C (3) Status can volunteer with Levy to raise funds. For more information visit our Fundraising page.

The Arena offers exciting and unique internship opportunities within fast-paced, live sports and entertainment venue. Our diverse team is committed to helping fans enjoy their favorite artists, teams, and events. We are continuously seeking dedicated, enthusiastic interns that share our passion.
Event Services Internship
Students desiring to work in the field of event services will assist the arena in various projects pertaining to the live sports and entertainment industry. This opportunity will showcase how the arena builds a show from contacting and coordination with vendors to placing orders and assisting with the event set up and break down.

Graphic Design Internship
The Graphic Design Intern will be responsible for assisting the Digital Media Coordinator in the creation of all design materials. Internships with the Bon Secours Wellness Arena will provide qualified interns with an assortment of valuable learning experiences and exposure to all facets of an arena team’s front office.

This internship provides an opportunity to learn what goes into comprehensive marketing campaigns and how day-to-day marketing departments are run.
