• We encourage ride shares and public transportation! Various public parking garages and private lots are also available within walking distance of the arena. Click here for more information.
• You can also check the City of Greenville’s website which has real-time availability of surrounding parking garage spaces.
• The First Citizens Bank Rotunda, Furman Plaza, and Chevy VIP entrances will all be open to the public. View our concourse map.
• Prepare your mobile tickets prior to entering the security line, we recommend downloading to your phone before arriving on property.
• Review our clear bag policy before arriving at the arena.

PRE-SHOW STARGAZER PASS

• Tickets: A Stargazer Pass may only be used with a ticket to the show; a pass without a show ticket will not be allowed entry into the venue.

• Schedule: Guests may arrive any time during the Stargazer session. (schedule subject to change)

  • 10:00AM - Box Office Opens

  • 3:30PM - Doors Open

  • 3:30-5:00PM - Skater Warm-Ups

  • 5:15-5:45PM - Skater Q&A

  • 6:00PM - Doors Open to Public

  • 7:00PM - Show 

• Seating: Seating for the Stargazer session is general admission and available in select sections of the venue.

• Skater Q&A: Participating skaters for the Q&A will be determined prior to each show. We encourage guests to prepare questions in advance in case they are selected to participate. Please note that, due to travel schedules and limited baggage capacity, the skaters are unable to accept gifts. Autographs will not be available during the Stargazer sessions.

• Venue Re-Entry: Re-entry to the venue will not be permitted. 

• Photography Guidelines: Non-professional cameras are permitted for still photography only. Video recording and live streaming or communication (e.g., Facetime, Skype, etc.) are not allowed.

• Stars on Ice Merchandise:  Merchandise booths will be open during the Stargazer session, offering exclusive 2026 Stifel Stars on Ice items before doors open to the general public.

• Concessions: Piedmont Grill, GVL Pizza and other select concession items will be available for purchase.

PRE-SHOW ON THE FURMAN PLAZA

• Time: 5:00PM - 7:00PM 
• Featuring DJ Sha, Everything Eggroll & Pink Mama's Ice Cream food trucks, official Stars on Ice merchandise sales, Greenville Figure Skating Club, inflatables and yard games.
