• Tickets for Tyler Childers can only be scanned from your Apple/Google Wallet or the Ticketmaster app on your mobile device.
• Download the latest version of the Ticketmaster app or add your tickets to your mobile wallet before arriving.
• Please Note: Screenshots of tickets will not be accepted.

• Ticket transfer is not available for this event.
• Plan to meet your group before entering, as you will not be able to send tickets to other members of your group.
• Only tickets purchased directly from Ticketmaster.com or the Box Office will be honored. 
• If you purchased tickets from a third-party ticket reseller, you will not receive your tickets. Please contact the reseller directly to request a refund.

The Church St. Bridge is fully closed due to construction.

Plan Ahead: Please allow extra travel time and expect traffic delays when traveling to the arena.

• The First Citizens Bank Rotunda, Furman Plaza, and Chevy VIP entrances will all be open to the public. View our concourse map.
• Prepare your mobile tickets prior to entering the security line, we recommend downloading to your phone before arriving on property.
